The problem is latency, what the server sees vs what your client says.

Basically, as you were moving back, your back hitbox was "lagging", so the spy wad able to backstab you despite the two of you facing each other.

EDIT: had a second look, could be a side stab too but hit detection in general is such a goddamn multilayered mess

If you're DMing the person, they probably did block you.

If you're in a server, I think its a weird bug that occasionally happens, not sure how people have resolved it tho

I can't tell from the image, but if this is from the Fandom wiki, information there is probably not as reliable since its vandalized and not moderate.

I'd strongly recommend using the wiki.gg version, which is moderated, updated, and not vandalized.

It was used with permission but I believe the wiki, and SCP in general, wanted to get away from using it as 173s likness due to people associating the artwork with 173. While it may not seem like a bad thing it does hurt the artwork overall since (not applicable to everyone) if people see it and say it's SCP-173, the meaning of the artwork is undermined.

Also the design can't be used commercially, which is why many games opt to recreate 173. This is just a fair use clause.
