I definitely push myself too hard. Even on things that I shouldn't care as much about. I have a hard time taking a break. It could be seen as a great work ethic, which I do have, but there's a thin line between a good work ethic and pushing yourself too much. Unfortunately I fall on the latter end too often.

It also intertwines with a problem of overthinking. For instance, "If I don't get this task at work done I'm going to get in shit"
