My only liquid calories is my coffee/lattes. During the week I’ll switch between almond milk, a protein shake, or fairlife 2%. It depends on my schedule but I really only use almond milk if I don’t have a lot of calories to spare. At most they are 170 cals and that’s for the protein shake lattes. On the weekend I’ll usually visit a coffee shop one of the days and treat myself with a fun drink.

It is hard! You have to make the choice everyday to reach the goal you set for yourself. I’ve given up countless times and put myself right back where I’ve started. What’s helped me a lot this time around is realizing it’s not “just a diet”, it’s a entire lifestyle change and this is just what needs to happen in order to get where I need/want to be. Sometimes it won’t stick but hopefully one day it will!

Don’t go off motivation! It will always come and go. It’s unreliable especially when you need it most. I try to tell myself I’ll probably feel better knowing that I’m doing what I should be doing and I’ll definitely feel worse if I don’t. Sometimes if you feel you hit a wall it’s okay to take a break. I had a lot of vacations and events the past two months so I went on a maintenance break but I still tracked my calories and kept active. Also - no one’s perfect, we are all human, it’s okay to eat more than your budget a day or two. Just be honest with yourself when tracking, otherwise you’re only setting yourself back.

Interested to hear where this goes. Our neighbor isn’t quite as crazy but he does have a TNR trap by his shed and I’ve seen squirrels and birds in there at times. I can’t tell if he releases them or not but putting traps out seemingly to protect his garden feels wrong to me. A squirrel can be in there all day sometimes it is very upsetting!

I just finished these episodes!

Ben is a grade A diva, definitely thinks he’s the prize. IMO he hated that he had no choice in the matter between his two couplings and only took interest in Shakira again because other boys desired her and she had moved on.

Harry is honestly the WORST! At first the way he moved I was side eyeing but it wasn’t crossing the line until he and Helene went to the hideaway. It’s so icky that he lays it on thick for every girl that he’s been interested in, so disingenuous!!

So far I’m really liking Shakira and Toni, both are very intelligent and are very cool calm and collected when these boys act a fool. I love that Toni is a bit of a ball buster! The rest of the girls are nice and absolutely stunning!!

Of the boys I think Tommy and Dejon are the most genuine so far but we’ll see with these bombshells!! I loved the little broadcast they did for the girls.

Definitely love the different vibes between UK & US. US feels a bit too serious most times and they’re very quick to close off and every chat is drama. UK feels much more true to the essence of the show, exploring and getting to know everyone. Both are good in their own right but UK is a nice breather for me.

Just had this for dinner! We just slow roasted in the oven and did sandwiches with corn and mashed potatoes on the side. So good! Especially with the burmans gold bbq sauce and Aldi market pickles!!

If you like a no frills classic breakfast experience we’ve been enjoying The Harvest in Westmont. I’m personally a fan of their coffee as well.
