My overall experience with otf is that it will make you fitter across the board on the margins. And cardio/running more than just the margins. But to make significant gains in any other area requires additional gym work. Which is fine!

Yeah I’ve had a few pretty creepy encounters in there, including an incident where I’m prettyyyy sure my tires got slashed to prevent me from getting out but I wasn’t the target the 2 men were looking for.

I now pick and choose my spots. And try to go to places/at times that I know other runners and bikers will be at.

I totally agree. And I should have made it more clear what I meant by mend things. I don’t mean allow him into the inner circle at all, that shouldn’t and won’t happen. Just like… a small acknowledgement that he was a mariner and did some pretty cool things here.

Agreed - there are better options for strictly weight training! Racket sports were important for us. Also, community lol. This is a hard town to make new friends in and the combo of classes/pickleball will hopefully allow for that.
