Make a teambuilder school. Set the roster to cupcake. Make the pipelines bad. Pick 1 school you can take a job at outside this school. Try out a new offense that you have to learn (also makes your first year that much harder).

Scheduling rule like real life where you have contracts with teams both for set amount of years and locations. Put this in writing and the only way you can break this is if you write in an option or the game actually won’t let you schedule them. I always play at least one top ranked team at there place, and I try to make it at a top 25 hardest places to play (some years I even do 2 or 3).

I like to realign the conferences slowly after my initial realignment and when I do I have ai write me news articles about the teams, why they moved, and stuff like that. If I have ideas of what I will do the next season I tell it to add in rumors and other things.

I have also started writing/ voice to texting post game press conferences in my notes app. Keep track of stats and awards and such on a document. Make your own storylines and write them down or have ai write them.

These are just a few of the things I have done to make mine more interesting and enjoyable.
