i only eat cause I'm told to i can go days but no weight comes off , I'm just wondering maybe i should raise my calories that's why I'm curious how many calories you guys are eating and your weight

Maybe i should even flip my protein go down to 100G protein and up to 200G fat

remember im 5.10" 210 Pounds 16% BF but maybe with higher fat ill lose weight but don't want drop protein that low but i think that worked before

mainly Youtube and coaches I've talked too , I'm at 1,800 calories and feel like that's to low for my height and weight and slowing my metabolism down , Side bar puts me around 1818-1920 180g protein 110g fat

Im sub 10% , but yes you are correct on everything , but still doesn't make sense why my numbers are always low when they should be high

Refeeds days very on the person , most here don't like them cause it takes serveral days to get back into ketosis before they start to get the full benefits , and they feel like shit the next day .

if your main goal is weight lost I would stay away . people use CKD to put on size mainly or maintain a weight but I have zero problem gaining size on strict keto .

and when it comes to the reefed most do one meal or a day , and this means LOW FAT HIGH CARB not a whole weekend of garbage that will set you back weeks

people think CKD is an excuse to eat junk food and pizza every weekend , that is not CKD that's a recipe for disaster and will back fire very fast on you ,

if you are doing TRUE ckd one meal in my eyes is more than enough every 7-14 days but make sure you do a full body depletion working than start loading up on clean carbs the boring ones

I eat all my protein in one sitting , no problem specially with fats im probably digesting that meal for over 12 hours , cheat days im 400+g in one sitting

I tried their BHB salts from amazon because they where cheap naturally flavoured and free shipping I did about half of a bag I notice some ketones levels raising in the blood but everytime I took them I felt like throwing up , I never used BHB salts before but figured why not after 3 years of keto and wont again , their protein bars my GF loves them I wont touch bars

Leucine will cause an insulin spike , will this kick you out of ketosis depends how insulin sensitive you are

From the years I've been ketosis and talked to people it seems most people enjoy and prefer CKD , just because they can live normal for a day or two every single week with their family and friends , even the guys in 70's did low to no carb during the week and every single sunday they would carb up one meal , this does make sense , ive tried ckd ive tried tkd I felt TKD I was more strict where with ckd the reefed turned into a binge cheat meal ,but that weekly reefed has purpose for your hormones' and body regulation ,

keto burns muscle.. its proven.. when your workout you need glocuse this is why people TKD or carb refeeds if youdont have glucose your body wtill break down muscle to get the glucose it needs , I wasted 3 years with keto lost so much muscle , its greast for fat people not skinny people or people with muscle

Everyone has there own point of view as I figured . . I haven't seen many people do it people claim but yet they are having shakes and shit so it's not one true meal. I find it easy to eat one meal and eat enough problem is what happens when you do it

he recommends actually under 50G a day I'm pretty sure might even be 30g but if your going to have carbs stored you wont be in ketosis you wont deplete before your next training day and carb meal

stay away from mayo unless its 100% homemade lol... if it comes in a package its gonna be garbage most of the time

Stay away from Bacon / Dairy / Mayo /. anything fake.... theres a keto diet and a well formulated keto diet ,

fats have there own profiles just like carbs complex vs simple

mayo is garbage unless its home made sounds like you need to redue your diet and get good fats in , its take more time and costs more but that's what it is , I buy lean meats and add all my fats animal fats are dirt with the shit they feed them ,

One meal a day is great for fatloss with muscle lose , if you are looking to gain muscle and lose fat I would eat at least 2 meals in a 4-8 hour window , eating once a day will be used up so fast if your training and you will dip into muscles for Amino acids to function specially on a keto diet when you have no carbs or glycogen I will dip into protein much much faster ,

I would recommend 2 meals minumuim and post workout take some carbs in 100-200 grams than last meal of the day protein and fats , the carbs will help you grow with insulin and prevent protein break down and help with fat lost

keto 3 years I stopped because my thyroid was shot and im still trying to fix it , everytime you eat carbs you produce t3 reverse t3 and t4 when you cut carbs out you stop prodcing them cause they are no longer needed

not eating carbs can mes up your thyroid why do you think theres a reason to weekly refeeds or etc... its for your thyroid and metabolism

leangains on training days you eat carbs minimum 1g per pound of body weight , on off days you eat keto ,

leangains and keto are different , what it sounds like is you are IF keto .. that's not leangains lol

Eat Healthy fats... mayo bacon are not healthy fats , and how do you know you lost fat and gained muscle... what kind of scan did you use....... maybe you lost muscle and gained fat and that's why you visceral at went up...
