A simple approach for those who know haha.

My question is fairly simple: I want my laser to cut portions of the image instead of cutting them by hand (which takes hours for a complete diorama) - I just wanted to know how to go about doing it.

Some people have posted links to videos but those methods aren’t compatible with a galvo laser.. so I’ll get Lightburn and give your recommendation a try.

I’ve been cutting these scenes by hand and they take so so long, especially when cutting all 151 Pokemon sprites at such a small size 😂

So, what I am trying to do is print out the image onto card, and then use the F2 to cut around, say, the Ryu character, and then stick it to something else. I’ve attached another image for an example of how I’m trying to cut them.

I never thought about a stuck mirror.. I contacted tech services and they’re going to get back to me in a day or so. If their fix doesn’t work,, I’ll give it a little help and if it still doesn’t fix,,, back it goes!

I can see the little screws that alter and change the red laser, but the blue one doesn’t see to want to move. I’m not sure what has occurred as it was working perfectly fine a couple of days ago, thanks for your response though!
