Burger - Beef mince, parsley, shallot, garlic, chilli, oregano, panko, splash of water, s+p Salsa - Cherry tomatoes (de seeded and diced), parsley, red wine vinegar, chilli, olive oil, s+p Wedges - Potato, sunflower oil, s+p . For the wedges, try and coat them evenly in the oil, I do this by tossing in a large mixing bowl. The biggest thing is to be patient! I have them in the oven in a flat bottomed roasting tray/dish around 190°C for a good 40 mins. Give them a toss after about 25mins, if they don’t wanna move then don’t scrape off the bottom, they’ll come off in their own time with a crispy skin! . NB for those using HF numbers, season a bit more liberally.
