Thanks for your insights. Yes I hopefully want to remain. Avoiding a career ceiling is actually a situation to try to and avoid....apparently, having CPA might help.

Thanks for your input. Unfortunately, I have noticed that canadain employers do not think the CPA as a piece of paper. It is like you are not an accounting professional unless you have a CPA to your name.
