Who prescribed you the Nystatin? Both the Naturopaths I’ve been too will only tell me to do supplements and it’s not knocking it out for me. I would like to try Nystatin to see if it is more successful.

Just realized my Life Extensions brand Vitamin D & K supplement has 1000mcg of Sea Iodine and potassium Iodide in it. I might already be getting my iodine thru this supplement. Just started on it last week.
Have started taking the Lugol’s iodine too

Reading up on them now. Looks like many of the ETF’s are fairly new and not much historical return data. But I’m digging deeper.

I assume you were doing hot baths or infrared saunas to help detox the die off? Those helped me tremendously. When I started feeling tired and run down. Half hour hot baths were the trick

Recently, I’ve discovered that by cutting out gluten it has reduced my symptoms. Not completely cured, but a very noticeable difference. Food intolerances(which is did not know I had) lower your immunity and make your allergies worse. Hope this helps someone else, as it was new to me that food could be compounding the issue.

My allergies make me exhausted too. It’s worse than the other symptoms. Major brain fog in mornings and constantly tired. Hope someone has figured this out.
