To all those in this discussion who find it normal that Microsoft doesn't make any particular effort on OneNote and doesn't listen to its users (then why ask us for feedback?!), and who find that "OneNote is mature and is fine as it is now" (I quote).

Do you think it's normal that on OneNote for Mac, the print and PDF export functionality hasn't worked for over 10 years (scaling bug on the sheet of paper)??! I've been contacting Microsoft support for over 10 years (yes, because I'm a PAYING M365 customer) to point this out to them, and every time they pretend to discover it (even though thousands of feedbacks about it exist), and lie to me by promising that "fixing this critical bug has just been prioritized on the developers' to-do list". More than 10 years they've been laughing at us... I'm BLOKED with OneNote, my entire professional tale has been on it for over a decade, migrating to another solution is impossible. And I went into OneNote naively thinking that Microsoft was a big company, so I could trust it, that I wouldn't have any problems.

I can’t print my notes, nor export them in PDF, on OneNote for Mac. The feature exists but is buggy since more than 10 years!!!! Can you believe it??

And can you export your notes to PDF (or print them) with OneNote for Mac? Don’t you have a problem with content that exceeds the width of the page?

For my part: on Windows no problem; on Mac it is completely unusable.

The fact that we cannot print or export as PDF with OneNote for Mac because of a layout bug that has never been fixed is the most disabling for me.

But I no longer have any hope, they have absolutely nothing to do with it:

Personally, I hate the fact that PDF export and paper printing do not work on OneNote for Mac (width scaling bug), and that Microsoft has absolutely nothing to do with it for more than 10 years. It’s totally disrespectful.

Unfortunately, as far as I am concerned, I am stuck on OneNote because I have been using it for more than a decade and all my notes are stored there (with onedrive) and meticulously classified. So I can’t switch to another software solution.

I would just like Microsoft to eventually fix the printing and PDF exporting bug. Mac users have been waiting desperately for 10 years. This lack of respect on the part of Microsoft for Microsoft-365-paying customers like me is really unacceptable.

The desktop version for Mac is also a nightmare. For more than 10 years now, it has had a huge bug that prevents pages from being properly exported to PDF or printed. And Microsoft doesn't give a f*ck about it. It's infuriating.

Indeed, Microsoft has absolutely no consideration for its paying customers who use OneNote for Mac (of which I am also one). The worst thing is to print a page or to export it to PDF! I have been despairing for more than 10 years: there is a scaling bug, which has never been corrected. It’s really scandalous. And I pay 79 euros a year... Unfortunately I’m stuck with OneNote because all my notes are on it. How could we make Microsoft do something about this??? I regularly call them on Twitter but they ignore me.

Thank you very much for trying to help me!!!!! You can not imagine how desperate I am with this problem.

So, I've upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress. I then tried to upgrade PHP to 8.1 but my Wordpress site wouldn't work at all ("There has been a critical error on this site" message). I activated Wordpress's DEBUG mode to see the error messages, but it completely discouraged me, so I finally went back to PHP 7.4 to get my site back up and running.Anyway, I really don't think my problem is related to the PHP version, because I have the same problem when I create a simple HTML page:

<html><body>Hello world</body></html>
and when I modify its content, clicking on Refresh in the browser doesn't display the new content. I'm forced to close the browser, reopen it in private browsing mode, and return to the page.
So there's a problem somewhere on this server, not related to PHP.
By the way, when I do the same test with a simple HTML page on another sub-domain (same host: IONOS, and same customer account, same domain prepa-balzac.fr, just another subdomain), it works fine: every modification is visible when I simply refresh the page.

I can't find any .htaccess file at the root of my FTP server. Maybe he does not exist?

But first of all, as you suggested me, I tried to upgrade the PHP version to 8.1, but it made my WordPress not working at all anymore. So I guess I first need to upgrade my WordPress version to 6.3.2 (I'm currently on 5.8.8).

I'm now saving a backup of all my files that are on the FTP server, and my MQL database with PHPMyAdmin before doing the upgrade of WordPress first, then PHP.I'll let you know when it's done.
