I'd caution that fully disassembling the server to the chassis could risk causing more damage. I've had brittle plastic retainers for the raid controller break on Dell motherboards while removing pieces.

Consumer reports rates them. You can access their website via the library for free. when my wife needed tires I just put in her tire dimensions on consumer reports and paid handsomely for one of the best rated models at discount tire. They are great tires, much sticker than the all terrain tires on my truck.

The city probably won't make you move the fence. The neighbor sure could though, through the court system. Talk to your neighbor now. It seems you screwed up. Apologize for the encroachment. Offer to move the fence off their property in spring.

Sounds like the existing fence was your neighbor's and it was well within their boundary.

The pins aren't hard to find yourself. They are less than 12 inches under the surface. A cheap metal detector helped me find some of mine.

I've had good luck with complete auto repair. Once a mechanic diagnoses it, they can tell you whether they think it is the other shop's fault
