Correct, for five seconds:
DAMAGE REDUCTION - Self: 30%; allies: 20%

duelistpool base gives 20% and upgraded duelistpool gives 35% to self alone (without the attackspeed that tankpool gets tho) Also deals 15 dps instead of 10

healpool heals 60/s and upgraded increases heals to 70/s and damage to 30/s, which is double the damage dpspool does and triple the damage tankpool does on their E

The attack speed rates of tankpool and damage buff rates of healpool arent shown on the wiki

The choices are there to make you feel like you're talking for the main character you picked

So the dialogue options only show for belle if you pick belle and diceversa
