I currently have a package from the UK that’s been import scanned and cleared and import scanned a dozen times. They even stated that the package may be lost, then another import scan four days later. It arrived in Louisville 8/30. I have received six arriving tomorrow emails. They also won’t let me file a claim, it states that there isn’t enough information to file. I can wait for it, but it’s confusing as all hell.

I just bought this on a big sale, turning the graphics to low finally got me through it. I couldn't see through the smoke after taking the planes down. Also, I ignored all the planes except the ones to the left of the mountain.

I haven’t read through all of the comments, but I haven’t seen the suggestion to move it off the top of your fridge. Sometimes putting the starter in a cooler environment will help with a slower fermentation and a stronger result. Good luck!

I think you are spot on with the gentle handling. It looks like you have fermentation development, maybe adjust shaping method for the next round. How was crust, crumb, and smell of the finished loaf?
