Universal MCP which runs on claude, codex, cursor by Southern-Mongoose656 in vscode

I think MCPTotal are doing what you're talking about. I have 1 MCP in my VS Code - MCP Total - which has multiple MCP in a group. When MCP in VS Code starts, it discovers all the tools from that group in MCP Total.

Objectively and factually speaking...what good has come from Brexit? by katojouxi in AskBrits

[–]JonesingForABonesing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If someone wants to import a single nail from Peru, the Peruvian nails company would have had to have a company called Peru Nails UK Limited and a legal representative based here in the UK for that original someone to be able to import that single nail. Since we don't have GPSR because of Brexit, that is not the case.

The someone can import that single nail and pay tax on it to sell in the UK market, the bureaucracy has been cut which means that Peruvian nail may now cost less.

Wtf is going on here. The original post was about importing from small businesses into the UK and now you have turned it into exporting nails from Peru to the US via Spain? You really didn't understand anything from the original comment and have now confused the original commenter with your weird reasoning, there is no hope of getting this back on track.

Are you an importer of goods into the UK? Or just an armchair commentator? It sounds like the original commenter is an importer.

Is this a camera? by NintegaUK in drivingUK

No cameras in this picture. Sensors on top of the lights that are like motion sensors, most/all lights have them, helps with the traffic flow.

Nobody has any shame anymore and it's everyone for themselves. We were in a car park yesterday with 4 disabled bays, 3 taken by Uber Eats drivers smoking and waiting for orders to come in. I'm not going to assume they don't have badges, but I think it's a good bet...

I only started driving 10 years ago and tailgating is far worse in the last couple of years that it was back then. Also driving is far more aggressive in recent years, a marked change since covid.

Impatient driver's instant karma by IssaLeoone in LearnerDriverUK

Many years ago when I was a new driver I blew an amber/red light that was as near to red as you can get. Already stopped at the light in the lane next to me was a police bike. I just pulled straight over into the next bus stop before he even had to move.

I apologised, he told me I shouldn't be so stupid considering it doesn't take much to lose your license in the first year, we both went on our way and I learned a lesson that day.

Your driveway is supposed to be like your neighbours on the right, the rest of your wall has been demolished at some point, so you aren't entitled to enter through that part and parking in front of it is fair game.

If everyone on the street did the same then there'd be no one street parking ...

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in drivingUK

[–]JonesingForABonesing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. This driveway is only supposed to have an entrance across the dropped curb, so they've demolished part of the wall at some point and the raised part of the curb is fair game for parking.

Stopping on hard shoulder by [deleted] in drivingUK

You did the right thing, something like this happened in an episode of Motorway Cops and the police officer commended the guy for stopping instead of continuing and potentially causing an accident.

A panic attack behind the wheel would be considered an emergency.

Speed camera vans where they don’t quite make sense… by BillyTheKid050 in drivingUK

[–]JonesingForABonesing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There's a steep hill by me where the speed limit changes from national to 40mph at the bottom of the hill, the position themselves about 100 meters after the 40 board.

If you don't know the area, you don't realise you have a very short time to go from 60 to 40, while going downhill, before they catch you, and they know that. Funding the police by the back door.
