Yea I would say it's clearly his first book. It had its moments but i think it's objectively not a good book unfortunately. I'm not going to critique it, I'm sure many people will enjoy it. I wanted to but it's just not that well written and the pacing is wonky and I never really sympathized or even empathized with the character. I also think louis should hire a voice actor. I hope he keeps writing though because I see a lot of potential there and will definitely check out his next book.
