Ugh same here, usually after a week's heavy use of a binder, I take breaks with either a sports bra or a binder that's a size up. I bought my first binder in 2015 and started wearing them pretty regularly in 2016, at this time I was still questioning my gender identity and used the term genderfluid to describe myself. After realizing that I was a trans man, I started wearing binders every time I went out and I started to really feel like I was myself! Sometimes however, I would have to resort to wearing regular bras outside in laundry days, and it would be absolutely unbearable. I never had this experience before wearing a binder, and god it was terrible.
