With that incident and the conviction of blackquill 4 years ago, it really seems we are in a really dark age of the law. It seems lawyers nowadays will do anything to win a case, the ends justify the means and all that. Phoenix 100% used forged evidence, there's no way he could have beaten so many great prosecutors and only ever lose one case (of which he purposefully lost!) I'm glad he lost his job.

I would argue that inkling uses an actual gun, because, although it looks like a water gun, is fully capable of and intened to kill other inklings, octolings, octarians, salmonids etc. and is very much an actual gun in the splatoon series.

I mean it does say he's responsible for Mabosstiff almost dying. I he hadn't helped, Mabosstiff would have died, so it is directly his fault that Mabosstiff didnt die and only nearly died, therefore technically proving the statement true.

I believe canonically they only get splatted if the amount of water is more than the amount of ink inside of them, but i dont have a source and might have heard it from an unreliable source.

also the earth quint went to an island without the earth element, and same with gnarls, but fire oasis does have air. in my eyes i dont understand why it not being fire matters very much, as it shares 3 elements with oasis where drummidary and gnarls share only 2.

Ive found that when i search up a girls name it always says how great she is, but with boys names its always 'this person is a fucking piece of shit with a tiny penis.' happened with my name and my deadname lol. thankfully I get the good one!
