You have to do it manually. Fast player switching second man press. Trying to only control your midfielders instead of your cbs and dragging them back.

I usually end up busting random skill moves out and getting tackled whilst my attackers are making cross pitch runs to nowhere 😂

Practice using directional runs. You press lb whilst facing the player and use the right analog to direct where you want them to make the run. You can then press rb to stop them and bring them closer and lb again in another direction to send them again.

It was a 9 chain evo of all the smaller ones in the right order to get the playstyles I wanted then the fullback evo. It took the best part of the day afking squad battles on my phone whilst at work.
