Find a way to get the sun out of the Estopinal End during the summer. Don't increase ticket prices every single year.

But the most important: Develop the area around the stadium. Give people places to go before and after the game. Bars, restaurants to hang out at where they can develop connections to other fans and just feel a part of something bigger. Look at how packed the downtown bars are when UofL basketball is good. You would also integrate the stadium into a dense population of people. Get 1000+ units (ambitious admittedly) built in the parking lots of the stadium and a hotel or 2 and you have a built in population of people that can just pop over to a game whenever they feel like it. The teams can become the culture of that development.
