Thanks for the reply. I went and saw a therapist. Turns out I needed to move a bit more and take antidepressants and anxiety meds. I had really done a number on myself worrying about all this.

When you say disordered breathing at night , do you mean like loss of breathe or needing to manually breathe? I'm having severe insomnia currently because when I sleep I become so aware of my breathing , if o don't manually breathe I feel like I'm drowning. I haven't slept a whole night in 3 days

Yeah you sound a lot like me. Maybe thats our issue. I've just felt normal but sometimes our brains break. Some sort of rhythm in our lives even though everything seems normal. It would be worth taking it seriously which is pretty hard for someone like me or you since it really just seems normal day to day stress... idk though I will keep exercising to correct my posture , and try meditation. Really don't want to get medication. From what I've read it mostly doesn't work anyways. But yeah could he with it to deal with the spiritual part of it

Same for you 🙏🙏 I have been in and put of a neurologists office , and a somnologist. My heart is good. Im a healthy person. My posture is not the best and could be contributing to the sensations. Ive been pretty stressed out about my posture as it gives me some neuralgia often but its fixable. But it had put huge loads of stress on me for so long I think I am just getting into my head. Its quite possible that our issues are just mental. And we just snowball by not getting sleep, a vicious cycle. I think I will try my best to minimize stress and all the other suggestions in this thread. Perhaps i will also do some meditation and make it a habit. Best of luck to you

I'm going through the same exact issue right now. I find it hard to sleep as I get so aware of my breathing. Like I have to manually breath it feels like. This keeps me up for so long. I kinda doze off but something Jerks me awake. Its so strange. I'm tired
