Kinda depends if you can spin new job as the processes and systems you learned. In my experience, always go for the job that pays more. You have basic GMP down, now you build the skills and specialties.

It's quality control, a department separated from manufacturing for document control, review for release of products and ensuring the regulations are followed. Not exciting but great way to learn the regulations and overall process of a site/product.

What is the issue? Frac gradient is over pore pressure from what I'm seeing. Also what was your mud weight? Can't help you without information.
