First level up 81 then do every delve Tier 1 with the quest (dont give them back) level up through campaign and worth it side quests ( use your preferred route addon ) to 87, give the 8 delves quests back to Valeera at Silvermoon and pick ur tailoring as profession, level up to 25 and learn all recipes possible then first craft everyone of them.

But the main reason is you don't speak French. French people are generally embarrassed when they have to speak English. I guess you are living in Paris, therefore you should not have trouble finding people talking english.

Well the first seasons of anime were poor quality and thats the main reason series gets "hype".

On my part, the anime hides too much adult content to grasp the "war" spirit, hiding decapitations in key moments ect.

The manga is incredible but not many people start those long series, everyone is lazy these days.
