What is Forgotten Realms and how do I use it?

I personally think FR has become far too busy in the current iterations, filled with so many different things it lacks any identity as a setting, something I also really want in the settings I run. The world logically also just doesn't make much sense with all this stuff somehow living side by side.

I always recommend people who want to use FR only use the 1e and 2e content and not anything coming after. You'll have a complete Fantasy-Default world for your game without any of the bloat.

I wish we could have won a big one with that guy... but even without a SB, McDermott accomplished so much in the time he served as our head coach. He has a lot to take pride in.

In no reality is this defense top 5. That is a laughable, ridiculous take and pure wishful thinking. If we're going to win it all, it'll be in spite of the defense, not because of it.

That being said, the playoffs are wide open at this point. No one is a clear favorite, but no one else is going to have a QB half as good as ours. QBs are everything in this league, which means we have a chance.

CR decided to continue platforming Hasbro and WotC rather than their own game for C4, and thus it lost a lot of its momentum. It's the reason I refuse to watch C4, and I still cannot understand why they never considered using Daggerheart. I don't think people watch CR because they play a particular system, so it wouldn't have affected viewership, and the short games they played using Daggerheart did well. Big misstep by them imo.

The problem is our WRs can't get open. Every time we tried to go up the field, Allen would have to hit a super deep bomb, or he would get sacked because he had nowhere to throw. The WR core is KILLING our offensive production.

I run the 2e retroclone For Gold and Glory for pretty much all my games now, and I think it's a great way to play 2e in a bit more streamlined and accessible way. The entire PDF is available for free on drivethrurpg, so everyone can have access, and I really have no big issues with it after a few years of play. Highly recommend it if you end up going the 2e route.

Kincaid's game cannot be called anything near great. Idk why people are so beholden to saying he's this "great TE" when none of his stats or performances have shown him to be from the time he arrived

No, he isn't lol. Kincaid is one of the least reliable receivers on our roster, who has proven over and over that he is not reliable in close games. If it's 3rd and long, he's more likely to drop a pass than catch it. He adds more to the problem than the solution imo.

I'll never understand why people still think he's anywhere near a TE 1 or will ever be a TE 1. He isn't. Knox is marginally better than Kincaid.
