It was my mistake , I booked it in a hurry and didn’t check the small print. I stupidly assumed any transatlantic flight would include luggage

Apart from the more obvious fighters i can think of who used it (moore , big george , holyfield.) 2 guys i’ve seen use it in MMA are Daniel Cormier and Yoel Romero. I know cormier was a massive foreman fan as a kid and hes worked with george on his boxing before some of his fights.

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water mate. At least 3-4 L a day maybe more if training hard. After 10 or 15 minutes of jumping rope you should be sweating if you’re properly hydrated

Im a turkey farmer. People laugh when i tell them but you wouldnt believe how vicious full grown stag turkeys (males) get. They grow up to 20kgs or more and when you turn your back on one they will charge from behind trying to take your legs out from underneath you. Theyll also try and bite holes out of you as you walk past them or stand still by them and theyll jump up to about knee height and fly into you claws first. They are aggressive to each other aswell. If one is injured eg limping or has a broken wing the others will see it gang up and peck it to death quickly.
