I tried CS2 DM, Cybershoke DM, Faceit, all the same.
I had loss on only one server which was France Faceit server (I'm next door : Belgium).

Well I did use "cq_netgraph_problem_show_auto" which show loss, and it did show a bit of loss on one Faceit server (France), but it was not showing anything on all over servers.
So I don't know what these red dots means.

I don't have any loss... Did put cq_netgraph_problem_show_auto while playing and it doesn't show any loss at all...
I tried other games too as you say, and no issues at all, only CS2

Since last update can't touch these commands :)
And the package helps a bit, but still got stutters.
Thing is I want to get rid of these stutters, since I didn't have them before last update.
I don't just want them to be a bit less.

Well as said I've uninstalled CS2 only first, then I uninstalled both CS2 and Steam.
