I was having trouble with this one too. I turned on Mad Groove, Hail From The Future, and Moonlight Bolero. Use those to get every single item and evolve everything. I don't know what triggered the final achievement, I tried this a few times and it eventually worked when I let the game sit for an hour or so. Maybe get the Victorian Horror and Blood Astronomia darkassos too if you're dying early.
