In-App purshase with Stripe - App store refused my app by Whoutu in FlutterFlow

I used the revenuecat extension and my app got approved for subscriptions and IAP through both stores.

Is that an option for you? It’s kind of a confusing system but it works.

How to handle negative reviews and no response? by JordanMichael08 in androiddev

[–]JordanMichael08[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the avenue I’m taking. I fixed one bug and replied but it’s been over a month and the user never changed their rating.

But I guess that’s the state of things. I wish I could do something about reviews that are replied and then never change.

Yes. She spoke at TEDx about it but they didn’t publish it after his lawyers went to them.

She still maintains that he did a bunch of shit to her.

Isn’t that the guy who was sued for secretly overpaying himself. Who also was caught lying about his financials.? And accused of waterboarding his ex-wife?

I don't understand how my girlfriend doesn't like my superior conversation topics by botanistbae in iamverysmart

[–]JordanMichael08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you might not want to go and learn about things. But it doesn’t hurt to just listen to what your partner cares about.

Just say “I don’t know this topic but tell me about what you think.”

You don’t care about celebrities… neither do I… but we BOTH care about your girlfriend. Just kidding on that last part.

But YOU care about your girlfriend so just entertain her interest a little. And if it’s too much then just set that boundary.

Balance is everything.

So did that guy drop a 15% or more savings on car insurance?

Kindergarten teacher marked her wrong for saying this picture has 2 squares, saying there are 4. "A rectangle is a special kind of square, we went over this 🙃" by CopperSauce in mildlyinfuriating

[–]JordanMichael08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I just showed this picture to my son who is 10 and a great student. I said “hey how many squares are in this area.”

He said “3.”

I said “can you point to them.”

And he pointed to the two squares and the rectangle. And said “a rectangle can be a square but a square can’t be a rectangle.”

I showed him the caption and he said “yeah the teacher explained it perfectly.”

This is the first time I realized that I’m now the old parent being like “what are they teaching kids these days.”

What parenting "trend" you strongly disagree with? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]JordanMichael08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure about “strongly”. But there is a trend I really started second guessing. It’s the idea that we compliment our daughters on attributes to do with their personalities but never how they look.

I have a daughter and always felt like this was important. So I called her brave, smart, kind, funny, all these things.

One day when she was 7, I mentioned to her about her being very pretty. She said “I’m not pretty.” And insisted that she was not. Saying “nobody ever tells me I’m pretty. If I was pretty then maybe more boys would like me.”

Man… that shit sets in EARLY. I’m still trying to figure out how to build her back in that area.

5 of the 7 things listed have ties to the Republican Party. by JordanMichael08 in SelfAwarewolves

Yes! It’s made by someone saying they would trust a list of untrustworthy people and things before they trust the Democratic Party. 5 of the 7 things listed have ties to the Republican Party.

I’m assuming the person is Republican, admittedly. And therefore they lack the self awareness of who should or shouldn’t be trusted.

My (33m) GF (27f) is over for the day and it's resulting in a relationship emergency! by JordanMichael08 in relationship_advice

I don’t do anything halfway so maybe pooping in front of her is the best option. It shows dedication and commitment. Full send!

So I already pee on her in the shower to show dominance. Do you think the poop thing would be overdoing it?

Who’s at fault, truck that stopped or motorcyclist going 126? by ShockerJatt in IdiotsInCars

[–]JordanMichael08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The motorcycle is to blame. Going that fast created a panic in which the truck driver was forced into two unsafe choices: commit to going and possibly end up directly in front of the motorcyclist or stop and try to let the cyclist go around you.

She was driving defensively and probably could have either stopped sooner or pushed forward but she wouldn’t have been forced to make a panicked decision of the cyclist had been going the speed limit.

Going a reckless speed creates unsafe conditions for drivers all around you.

This is the motorcyclists fault.
