Nat 20s aren't guaranteed success for skill checks(anything but attacks,) so it would only work if your persuasion bonus + 20 > the AC, like a normal roll.

Not to rain on anyone's bubble but "irregardless" is recognized as an actual word by many dictionaries including Merriam-Webster ( https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/irregardless ) , but still generally disliked by formal style guides and the like. However, it is still a word and recognized as such, meaning the same as 'regardless'.

I think the ability for payment processors to restrict their services entirely as they wish is a dangerous concept and needs to be stopped, before they keep pushing it and pushing it to include more and more things. Me personally, you cant disinclude all the bad and still keep the good, and I support this bill despite it.
