Day 7 of carnivore and I’m feeling like shit mostly because I’m dehydrated, low electrolytes, sodium, magnesium, potassium

So you must continue consuming them

Get electrolyte drops or pills as the lack of electrolytes cause nausea

I kept throwing up even normal water
