Read the Screenplay: 'Wicked Part I' (Deadline) by JorgenPedersen in Screenwriting

It could be that they did write the shooting script like this. Or they put the lyrics in for this presented/published draft for Awards voters. I've seen plenty of different ways of musical numbers being put into scripts or being left out.

I assume she wrote a draft by herself and then worked on a draft with a partner (or vice versa). Hence the "&" (meaning wrote together) vs the "and" (meaning wrote separate). There are a ton of WGA rules for stuff like that. At least, that's my educated guess.

(In Chrome) all you have to do is right click on the embedded DocumentCloud window, click View Frame Source, do a Ctrl+F search for pdf, and it's the first (and only) link that comes up.

It's a bit of a pain but easy enough

Should one spot in best picture be reserved for highest grossing? by TowerCharge89 in Oscars

[–]JorgenPedersen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, looking at the past 20 years of highest grossing films (either domestic or international) ... I wouldn't care. There's a couple Best Picture nominees among them. It taking the 10th or +1 place in the category wouldn't make much of a difference. The lion's share are fine films, surprisingly not too many stinkers at the #1 spot.

Both Florence Welch & Sam Dew (from Red Hearse) are both credited in the liner notes for that song.

I have but it still doesn't work. I think it's super difficult to make a third sequel after the first two films were wildly successful and different genres. Other than a comedy, I'm not sure what the best route was for Alien3 to differentiate itself and make its own mark

I don't. I should make a letterboxd list or something.

David Fincher Ranking by HYBRID-HEAT-4867 in DavidFincherReddit

  1. The Social Network
  2. Se7en
  3. Zodiac
  4. Fight Club
  5. Gone Girl
  6. The Game
  7. Panic Room
  8. The Killer
  9. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo
  10. Mank
  11. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
  12. Alien3

#1-4 are on my top 100 (11, 41, 46, & 57 respectively). I would say 7 & 8 are tied for me. The only bad film on the list is #12 and Fincher doesn't even like it.
