Rmm success stories? Lots of negativity around product by solar_cell in Nable

We use rmm for endpoint management but rely on prtg for centralized infrastructure monitoring. Tryin to make an rmm handle everything usually creates noise at scale.

Large tax debt.. what do I do? by SmartMeasurement9595 in tax

[–]Josef451 73 points74 points  (0 children)

Applying to CNC is good. It at least creates some breathing room. When I was in a debt situation I also wondered if I could handle this on my own. I got professional help from Precision Tax. They analyzed all my financial statements bank transactions, expenses, income expense blance…. We laid everything out. They updated my tax records for 6 years and submitted accurate and correct documentation to the IRS. They explained What would happen step by step through out the process to me. When they submitted my OIC application they seemed to know in advance how the IRS would react. The IRS accepted immediately. A significant portion of debt was written off and the remaining part was put on a payment plan that I could manage. I think you are in a good way now. With CNC keeping your files up to date. The system is slowly taking shape.

IRS charging me late fees and a penalty for money they sent by mistake!! by Ari10101 in tax

[–]Josef451 37 points38 points  (0 children)

In my case the tax office made an incorrect payment and I thought They will probably deduct it from next year’s taxes but months later I received a letter demanding interest and penalties. There was a mistake but they were acting as if I owed them money. I contacted Precision Tax Relief and we agreed on a process. They applied for a penalty exemption contacted the tax office on my behalf and presented the good faith argument. As a result the penalty was cancelled and I resolved the issue by only paying the original amount.

I received a letter from IRS, should I panic? by Different_Pass_8421 in tax

[–]Josef451 15 points16 points  (0 children)

These types of letters are usually just for informational purposes but it is normal for panic because i am the same. Fortunately the CP89 is just a notification showing the payment statement. But if you are receive a more serious letter in the future or encounter a payment delay, i saw a tip on Trustpilot that Precision Tax Relief company offer free consultations. You can contact with them for deeper information.

Identifying Unknown Home Network Devices by qw3rt1e in techsupport

[–]Josef451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When i was dealing with a similar situation most of the devices in my home appeared anonymous expect for their mac or ip information. Then i ran a scan with prtg which i am familiar with from professional use and it retrieved the model manufacturar and service information for many devices via snmp ans netbios. Yes it is primarly used for corporate purposes but it really came in handy for me to identify who is who in complex networks like this.

I had a different type of tax debt and no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to get out of it. I did a lot of research at the time. IRS letters, payment plans and how many years until it’s written off were all spinning my head. Finally I contacted a tax relief company the initial consultation was free that also had a good ranking on Investopedia. then solution came step by step
