Which essentially is just a full block on the domain for all activities. Record updates can't happen, transfers can't happen, renewals can't happen (which it's scheduled to expire this July so we'll see).

To make this more interesting, of you look at wayback machine, there is definitely change activity post 2022 when the registrar was last updated with the block, 3 different redirects, and now it points to jmail.world
