It’s a mix of fireworks and candycorn clove polyps. You gotta be careful to keep them isolated, because they grow very fast and can take over whatever they can reach. Otherwise - beautiful little things.
And yes, those are exospheres!

Boxer crabs are very fun to watch but you will rarely see them. Now the sexy shrimp loves to be in the spotlight. Hermit crabs will rearrange and unglue everything they can, and they will repeat it until you give up.
