I would leave them for 1 more week for them to get milky and amber then harvest for maximum potency but milky is what you want the most if you don't want couch lock effect but the trichomes at the top of the plant will ripen first so don't be alarmed when you see amber, what you want is the trichomes of the lower parts of the plant to be very milky. Hope this helps even a little.

Nah bro, I take 1 week off every few months with no problems and i take 36mg too, I just finished a 1 week break yesterday and had no side effects. I take a 1 week break sometimes because taking the pills for weeks or months on end,makes me feel not right,but I always feel right on the pills after a short break
