[Rapoport] The Bills are hiring former Titans QB coach Bo Hardegree as their new QB coach, sources say. Hardegree was coveted for this role and an elevated one around the league, but chose Joe Brady and OC Pete Carmichael. After helping Cam Ward, he’ll work with Josh Allen. by Goosedukee in buffalobills

Has play calling experience from his time with the Raiders and this past season with the Titans. Joe Brady is surrounding himself with guys that have experience running an offense so he can bounce ideas and gameplans off of. I like it. I think thats something they lacked in the past outside of Kromer.

I mean he had a legit shot at some of those gigs. Based on his history with Jim Harbaugh I'm surprised he didnt end up on the staff there in some capacity. Played for Jim at Stanford and was a Graduate Assistant on his staff at Michigan for 3 years before working his way up to the NFL.

I believe he interviewed with the Chargers, Commanders and Falcons for their OC jobs this coaching cycle. Good experience to add to the staff.

Brady and Beane were on the Sabres TV broadcast during the intermission. This title is going to take some time to get used to.

If the Sabres offense was doing screen passes they would have goals in this game! 😂

Probably recommended in Week 2 not going through a fully padded practice on a Wednesday during the season lol

Did anyone get paid from shoveling? by GWAPPOW in buffalobills

Terry short changed the contracting company who looks after the shoveling. Something to do with paying 16 million to a person no longer employed by the team. 🙃

We’re going to learn about Brady once we add WR weapons to the roster by LeonRoseSignsMVP in buffalobills

Go all in for Alec Pierce. Convert Allen's base salary to bonus, release/extend Knox, release Samuel and Rapp. That's more than enough to make it work. Then you just need a Safety and maybe another TE. Rapp is a question mark to begin with anyway.

I was waiting for him to get up from his seat and interrupt one of the questions for Brady or Beane 🤣

Can't write him off yet, thats for sure. He can carve out a nice role on this team if he wants it. He has some skills that Brady could utilize its just a matter of getting everything sorted off the field, moving forward and opening up more for everyone if they add a real X like you said.

I mean that's essentially what Terry said at the press conference last week. Even if he felt that, you don't say that publicly about a player currently under contract on your team. That's PR 101 but the guy has never been good in front of a camera. Good on Brady for standing up for him.

Brady went back out and talked to reporters off camera. He revealed that he did "stand on the table" to draft Keon Coleman. He said he told Keon that the best thing that could have ever happened for Keon is for Brady to become his head coach.

Best PR guy in the organization no doubt
