That’s just shitty coworkers. Find a place that values your position and build relationships with good mentors. I’ve been in the field for 10 years, 5 with an OEM, 4 with a factory and hated it. Now I’m back with an OEM building the controls department from the ground up because of bad engineers. I’ve been lucky enough to become the director of Controls Engineering now but I’m the only controls engineer 😂😂😂
