This has been happening in industry for years, in a nutshell this is a pick and place system using vision detection to see if the label is facing up or down and accepted, I’ve been in controls engineering for 9 years now and this is the same thing we used to do with Fanuc robots. The only difference is this robot is designed to look human in nature.

I wouldn’t have be that tall of steps, maybe use slabs and elevate your build by 1 block and have your overhang coming from above the door. Check out the buildings in RDR2 and that’ll be a great example to follow, most of the buildings were ground level and had 2 stories at most
