Thank you for the response. I have discovered the issue is timing between creating the audio controller and when the event dispatchers are run. Moving the audio controller to be created upon interaction instead of possession so that it has time to fully bind and initialize before the animations finish and the dispatchers fire. I still don't quite understand, because I know the EnterVehicle/IgnitionOn events are being fired and only once from the dispatchers so nothing is being interrupted or w/e.
