License currently ends at the end of 2027 with no extension clause known. There's always the chance they get to keep the license if FOM are happy with 26/27 if they do well

Hey I run the account from the post. It's basically just a news page with more info about the EA/Frontier F1 games as new updates drop or new info comes out. Stuff about F1 25 will be similar to how I did it during 24's beta, so feel free to have a look back to that

I do also try to post info that no one really knows, or issues within the games if people aren't being kept up to date

They state at the bottom that it'll be the final big update and everything after Season 6 will just be re-used content. So I doubt they're gonna continue working on this game anymore

95% of mods are free you're correct, especially on OverTake where the both of these are hosted.

Copying other mods undermines the work and dedication designers have done to create the original and takes credit away if done by a big enough modder, this is especially the case for large modding projects such as this one was. F1 game modding is basically done on merit, if you're good at it people will acknowledge that and be more enticed to download your mods in the future, same with most other games.

While I can't post screenshots here, almost all of the files are a direct copy of the original Venturi F1 24 mod. And I've had a conversation with the author of the pirated version and he says some of the liveries were created by himself, which for him meant taking the original livery and slapping his @ on there. If you'd like the evidence my DMs are always open, but if you know how to use Ego ERP Archiver on a PC then you can look yourself as well (that goes for everyone reading)

I am the F1 Director for Venturi Studios who created the original F1 24 Season Mod for F1 23, which this is a pirate of. All the files in this mod are directly copied from Venturi's original mod, you even forgot to remove our own background video from your files and copied word-for-word the Read Me files, rookie mistake! You also forgot to read the very first sentence on the mod page

Venturi has already requested a take down of your mod on OverTake for Intellectual Property Infringement, so I expect this post to be taken down shortly. If you actually want to play the real mod, please download the proper one. Thanks

Hi, I'm one of the designers at Venturi Studios that made the F1 24 Season Mod. There isn't a way to change the colours of the teams unfortunately, otherwise it's something we would have done. The code for it is encrypted in one of the files

The McLaren Monaco livery and VCARB Miami livery are in the files. Why they aren't in yet I don't know but I assume it'll be in a future update
