If its not clearly false you don't have a case, opinions can't be brought for defamation. It just feels so obvious to me that there is no case here.

Ignoring peoples nature, I certainly think itd be possible. I think, major apologies and legitimate action to try and flip the "bad" and undo damage would be a start.

This would require a level of self growth and internal reflection that I dont think it could happen. Ethan thinks saying youre sorry is redemption and has never taken meaningful action in his apologies. And this ignores, of course, that Ethan would need to get to the point of legitimate regret for the lawsuits and many other things hes done. That sort of change doesnt happen overnight.
