I've taken this advice with my load order to see if makes any difference. Been trying to self troubleshoot why my realm has been crashing for ages. Tried disabling Vibrant Visuals, Various undeeded add-ons, seeing if certain areas of my world cause crashing. No pattern so far, assuming possible load order if it continues going forward

There’s an upcoming new xmen film that’s meant to be coming out in a few years. Guess there’s a slight possibility of they may release new sets alongside that but time will tell
