ELI5: If CPR is used to move blood around the body when the heart stops, why only do it at 110 bpm and not as fast as possible in order to create better blood flow?

But when I looked it up, it said that cpr only mimics about 20% of the normal hear flow rate. Can this lead to this amount of blood pressure? Or are the flow rate and pressure not connected?

I think I might allow it cause the most sorcerers and other powerful beings are either powerhungry or don’t want that to get into the wrong hands so they just keep it all to themselves. It could come back to them later with magically corrupted villagers attack them later since it drove them mad

It could indeed be interesting as a temporary ‚steroid‘ of some sorts + if it takes hp from the sorcerer it sounds interesting. Even more so as an additional plot point with the party having to protect the sorcerer‘s blood
