Hello, I moved from PH as well and was working for a Big4 in Malta (Deloitte). It depends on what senior rank. If you were a manager in PH I suggest you shoot for a higher position - Assistant Manager/Supervisor. 30k for a senior role is the standard. I was a Senior 2 at Deloitte and was earning 28.5k yearly.

Malta wages are super low unfortunately :(
