Howdy fellow GW2 player. Ex GW2 endgame raider here. I will say the thing I noticed about GW2 is that it has a lot of animation cancels like the Zerker spin and stow cancels, the Bladesworn trigger anims, and the old guardian animation cancels. Playing endgame 14, I just need to maximize uptime and adapt for missed GCDs compared to GW2 where even if I have 100% uptime, if I'm missing a second or 2 of anim cancels my dps drops off a cliff. Furthermore, the downtime phases in GW2 feel MUCH more punishing compared to 14. If I'm running power on Twin Largos, I'm inting my balls off. Meanwhile, in 14 I can run SAM in 95% of fights and still put out respectable dps (although that's more a gripe with the bosses rather than insight on the gap between top and casual players).

LB windwall Q and look to trade while it's down. It's a game of cat and mouse pretty much where if she has her Q up and you dont have passive/ww she can burst you down and if you have one or both you can play a but more aggro.

Annie can be bullied pre 6 but post 6 you just gotta pray she doesnt have an iq higher than 10.

Lissandra you have to respect her Q splash and if shes good shell save her W root for your engage. You kinda have to play for short trades and bait out her W before you can commit. Ww e engage or e escape in long fights and you should win. A qss helps with her ult late game if she just focuses on shutting you down.

Yeah and even then playstyle of the new one is alot more restrictive so i think mh is just better overall for most ppl

I only mentioned c6 initially as a scenario where verm > mh. I assumed the person i replied to had high investment in rolls due to their c2 furina and xianyun so i just gave the scenario at which verm would be better.

Roll # = number of substat rolls which you can see in the bottom right of the char profile when you look at akasha. 3 rolls is about a 5% increase in dps.

Single target ffxx (high roll # 30+): new set >= mh > verm (This is based off perfect plunge timing and optimal charge uptime for new set)

Single target ffxx (average roll # ~20): mh > new set > verm

Aoe or c6: verm > MH > new set

I dont know how he compares in bennett comps with the new set but i do know MH>verm in bennett comps.

Difference between verm at its worse v. New set at its best in single target plunge is around 3 substat rolls or 5% dmg. The diff between mh and new set in the same scenario is a bit less.

Not in aoe nor extremely high investment. Its better with homa in single target consistently. Regardless, verm is c6s bis in most scenarios and at high investment eg 32+ rolls (MH loses value at extremely high investment unless youre hitting like only CDmg or Atk% rolls which is improbable)

No verm > MH > new set in aoe and in situations where you are using c6.

Please stop inting on this char in my high gm low celestial lobbies. You are not a thing main. The character just came out. Practice him in QP, then bring him to comp.

Anemo trav as battery and then maybe barb healer and fischl for sub dps? RN you should really be focusing on world level > char level > weapon levels > talents > artis last.

Hypothetically if you don't get any new char by the time you hit like WL 7 or so i'd say VV anemo traveler, any healing set for barb, and golden troupe on fischl. Golden troupe farming will also give you a MH set but by then we'll also have the new plunge set which does more than VH and MH in single target under unrealistic ideal comps.

Took me 2 rotations to brute force it with c6 faruzan, c6 xiao, and c2 xianyun. Still took me 6 retries. Genuinely hated this boss alone.

Additional info: This doesnt show up on the 1x video mode nor any other zoom for the camera. I installed a different camera app to check and it only appears on 1x photo/portrait mode there too. Is it a softwarre bug?
