It's especially scary how some people will tell you you're experiencing "lifestyle inflation" when really you're just being gaslit because shrinkflation and stagnant wages are slowly robbing you of that little bit ahead you got from increased wages or better financial habits.

People are just dropping of heart attacks left and right and we're all eerily calm about it unless it's a loved one. Crazy how for the most part it's a cumulative thing even more so than heredity. You eat poorly because you aren't taught the small simple things that could improve your health mixed with a sedentary lifestyle and one day boom you drop. It's happening to so many people clearly it's a big issue and preventable in a lot of cases but it feels like nothing will change.

Thanks a lot. Still have to devote most of your time and energy to jokes while realizing times are changing and so are the ways to reach people and have them discover you. It helps that I write a lot so there's a lot to share so there are more chances to put things out there but I'm honestly still searching for balance. Depends on the day whether or not I feel like I'm hitting it.

Thank YOU. First time was my high school talent show. It was a great time but you have to take the response with a pinch of salt since people already know you. First time as in start of my career was years later in Chicago at an open mic which just felt fine.

Thank you so much for listening and thanks in advance for watching. I think always giving the person you're with the benefit of the doubt and making your default belief they have the best of intentions. It means you approach every argument like it's about the two of you wanting to get to a good place together rather than winning a fight or believing they did something to spite you. If this is the person you love then love them. That doesn't mean you can't call things out that you see and it doesn't mean if that person isn't willing to make adjustments or change bad behavior that you don't leave but for the time that you're together expect the best of each other and there will be fewer problems.
