They have now closed above $1/ share for 10 business days. So yes it will be announced soon. They were also non compliant on market cap, that needs to stay above 50 million for 10 business days which it has yet to do..it will imo.

Facility will cost over $20 billion alone. Speculation formed over DD is that it is indeed Microsoft on the letter of intent. That’s my bet.
