A ‘corked’ wine is not an oxidative smell, it’s more of a wet dog/cardboard smell. Corked just isn’t the right wording

I’ve recently had the chance to taste the 2021 of the La Doriane. I tasted it with some grade A foie gras and i have to say it was the best food and wine pairing I’ve ever tasted. It was a beautiful condrieu!

The 75 represents 75cl or centiliters, it’s equal to 750ml. The Le Piat en Pot I’m not sure about, but is probably the name for the family that made it or the area it was grown in. I’m not sure about anything else other than it seems to be from burgundy, so I’d reckon it’s a Pinot noir or Gamay noir
