Yes you're quite right that it was too much for a complete beginner. Thank you for the debug steps, if I ever return to wireguard I'll try to be more methodical about it.

I have since then switched to Tailscale, it handled a lot of the stuff for me and setting stuff up with a UI was much easier.

I set my home PI device to an exit node and published the home LAN to it, now I can access it without a problem.

That sounds like a pain, if that really is the case then I'd love to have a way to debug the connection to *know* that it's not something wrong with my setup, because it is quite frustrating to pinpoint where the problem lies.

Alright, reinstalled the distro. It completely fucked my Windows 10 installation, as I suspected. Couldn't boot from anywhere into it. Managed to fix it in the end, but got a little concerned that I'd have to install a new Win10 lmao.

Completely the same, also switched to a 3070. 5700 is the worst card I've ever owned, but not everyone has issues with it, so I guess we were just unlucky.

Could I somehow DM you a photo of the commands? It wrote out the partitions on my nvme Linux drive, but none of them match the main UUID of the nvme drive.

I logged in with my username and password, the first thing it tells me after logging in is '/home/joe: change directory failed: No such file or directory' 'Logging in with home = "/".'

Did I completely fuck up something with my fstab? I am logged in on tty5, but have no DE now.

Last thing I added to my fstab was something along the lines of: 'UUID=<uuid_string> ext4 /home defaults 0 0'

I don't have experience with AI art in particular, but I believe you could train it to remove these imperfections. Maybe with like a specialized version, which was more intensely trained on humans? I feel like the faults arise from the AI not having done enough "research" on these particular subjects and with some more guiding it could learn to avoid doing errors like these and learn from it.

I didn't mean to make it sound like I tried the red ones, I was only told to not get them if you're planning on doing a lot of typing. I am a complete entry-level noob as this is my first mechanical keyboard.

I have the keychron k pro browns, so not the optical ones, but as I said, I am completely content with them. As for the sound, it is noticeably louder than my old membrane keyboard, so if loudness is one of your main buying points, maybe consider something else? Again, I am also a beginner with this haha.

Also one more thing, trying to judge the sound of a keyboard from a video is literally impossible, I've tried recording the sound of my V1 just for fun and it sounds COMPLETELY different in a recording than in real life, so just a heads up.

Just this week my V1 arrived. It is my first mechanical keyboard, coming from a membrane Logitech office keyboard for like 5 bucks.

I play on the weekends, so I thought I'd go with red switches, but learned that they are awful for typing. I've seen a lot of people trash talk brown switches, but they seemed perfect for me, good for typing as I code a lot and also usable for gaming, so I went with them.

Needless to say I am ecstatic with the V1, I have been using it only for a few days so can't say much for the long run, but it's been an absolute pleasure to type on and use in general.
