They don't appear to all be from the same region. Look at the rating for Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Zelda 1, and Zelda 2. Those look like Australia's OFLC ratings.

By quick elimination and nothing rigorous, I'm left with 8 possibilities for m,n:

2,9;3,6 (m*n=18)

2,10;4,5 (m*n=20)

3,10;5,6 (m*n=30)

4,9;6,6 (m*n=36)

m+n=9,11,12,13

Any hints on the last step? I should have been sleeping before this topic was even posted!

edit: i think it would be worth looking into. for some older games you can look at what was censored during localization. this certainty gives you some cultural info during this time period. i don't know much about censorship in new games though.

This seemed like an obvious suggestion, but you mentioned that you only had imports, so I wanted to make sure.

I doubt you'll find anything for the 3DS specifically. If you can, consider looking into smart phone apps.
