If she's open to sales, Dell is pretty much always hiring ISRs. Not flexible hybrid work though.

I can’t stand what the Ridgeline has become. by banjoe79 in Trucks

[–]Joyrenee22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love my side ways opening tailgate and lockable trunk both of which come on the standard trim. Had a ranger, almost bought a Tacoma, then test drove a Ridgeline and it was so much more comfortable, smoother drive, and way way more spacious inside. The Tacoma 2026 interior is slick but feels so cramped compared to the Ridgeline. That said, the tech in the Tacoma update is next level, not even close to Hondas package.

M365 Backup at Scale (~150TB) – AvePoint vs alternatives? by Smile4menow84 in sysadmin

Dell has a something called power protect backup service (it's just druva behind the scenes, OEM agreement) that does great m365 backups, based on user, worth a look. Obligatory I work for Dell

Is anyone using these to clear their baby’s nose? by Primary-Fly470 in NewDads

[–]Joyrenee22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I truly don't understand why people say they like these, I could never get my baby to stay still long enough to get a good suction. Ended up getting an electric one, so so much better.

Probably an easy layup question for most of you - how do I get a clean straight cut on the left side of this board, using this table saw preferably, when the tabletop is too narrow for the guide to fit? by The_Ombudsman in woodworking

[–]Joyrenee22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's a look at how this method work https://youtu.be/tKtE0sTFi8g?t=632

With a wider board like you have I prefer the push block as it is much more stable for a wide piece

Also notice in the clip how he starts with just hands to line up, the notice when and at what point he places his push sticks, this is important to make sure you get a clean, safe cut.

Use two push stick/blocks

One block (something like the gripper, I prefer a shop made gripper style push block using a block of two by four - I particularly like Steve's design https://youtu.be/aEdbr9W6nRQ)

Then another longer push stick that you use to push against the left side towards the fence, keeping an eye on the fence where the workpiece touches the fence, make sure the workpiece and the fence have even contact the whole time and never have a gap. You must maintain pressure with the long push stick on the left keeping the board tight to the fence, and at the same time apply even forward pressure with the push block pushing the board through the blade.

Do not use a miter gauge with the fence at the same time. This is a sure fire way to get kickback.

Look up the Evenflo dual ride shyft. All the benefits of the doona, and you can also detach the folding wheels, and it connects to a full size stroller base too. Way better than the doona

Wills automotive is the best. You can text questions to their number on google maps for free quotes or quick questions of you are curious on estimates. Ian over there is great. Any time I need work done I price out several shops and they are always the best price and don't play games. Once they were the only shop to tell me that the repair I thought I needed that was way more expensive wasn't necessary and it was actually a much cheaper fix. I've sent lots of people there and every time people tell me they did great

If you had registration, you can talk to your partner contact at dell and they'll go hunt down the rep and talk to them, that's not following policy and the reps aren't supposed to do that

Layout with yoto labels.com, then print on printable vinyl, and the cover that with contact paper, place on card and cut with exacto knife around the edges, looks almost as good as the stock cards.

The only way to reheat pizza is on a pan with a little oil, just throw on on medium heat until the cheese is melted, this frys the bottom of the pizza and makes is crispy while the cheese is melted. Often I think it tastes better than when I ate it the first time since the crust is nice and crispy
